It's official. We are making chocolate!
Our long awaited parcel of @malagoschocolate heirloom cacao beans have finally arrived, and the pure chocolate aroma is delightfully intoxicating. 🥰 Grown, harvested, and fermented under the Philippine sun (by the Puentespina Family and Farm in Davao), and ready to be made into all kinds of chocolate goodness. 🍫🌱🔆✨🇵🇭 .
Our goal is to be up and running around winter 2020. In the meantime, you can follow our experimental bean-to-bar journey at @TheChocolateRepublic.
